This Shipping Policy describes order processing, delivery estimates, tracking and delivery issues for purchases from Soubesize.

Order processing

Orders are normally prepared within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Weekends, holidays, product availability, address verification or high order volume may extend processing time.

Shipping options and cost

Available shipping methods, estimated delivery windows and charges are displayed at checkout for eligible destinations. Soubesize ships only to locations accepted by the checkout system.

Delivery estimates

Delivery dates are estimates rather than guarantees. Carrier delays, weather, customs, local restrictions and other circumstances outside our control can affect arrival time.

Tracking

When tracking is available, it will be sent to the email address used for the order. Carrier tracking may take time to update after a label is created.

Address accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address. Contact us immediately if an address needs correction. Changes may not be possible after an order enters processing or shipment.

International orders

International delivery is available only when offered at checkout. Import duties, taxes, customs fees or brokerage charges may be collected by local authorities or the carrier and are the customer’s responsibility unless checkout states otherwise.

Lost, delayed or damaged packages

If tracking shows an unusual delay, delivery to the wrong location, loss or visible damage, contact us with the order number and relevant photos or tracking details. We will review the issue and work with the carrier where appropriate.

Packages returned to sender

An order returned because of an incomplete address, failed delivery attempts or refusal may require a new shipping charge before reshipment. Any refund will be handled according to our Returns & Refunds Policy.
