We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. This policy explains how to request a return, exchange or refund from Soubesize.
Return window
You may request a return within 14 calendar days after the order is marked delivered. Contact us before sending any item back so we can review the request and provide return instructions.
Return conditions
Unless an item arrived damaged, defective or incorrect, it must be unused, unworn and unwashed, with its original tags, accessories and packaging. Proof of purchase or the order number is required.
Items that cannot be returned
For health, safety or product-specific reasons, opened personal-use items, personalized items, gift cards and downloadable products are not returnable unless they arrived defective or applicable law requires otherwise. Final-sale items will be clearly identified before purchase.
Damaged, defective or incorrect items
Contact us promptly with your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging. If the issue is confirmed, Soubesize will provide an appropriate replacement, exchange or refund and cover the authorized return cost.
Return shipping
For preference or size-related returns, the customer is responsible for the return shipping cost unless stated otherwise. Original delivery charges are generally non-refundable. Use a trackable service because we cannot confirm receipt of a package that cannot be traced.
Refunds
After the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you whether the refund is approved. Approved refunds are sent to the original payment method. Your bank or payment provider may require an additional 5–10 business days to post the credit.
Exchanges
Exchange availability depends on current stock. When a direct exchange is unavailable, we may issue an approved refund so a new order can be placed.
Cancellations
Contact us as quickly as possible if you need to cancel an order. We cannot guarantee cancellation after processing or shipment has begun.
